Chicken tikka masala (available dairy free, just as delicious) w/ fresh okra, tomato sauté

Country pork ribs w/house made bbq sauce, pablano corn pudding, collard greens

Grilled pork tenderloin steaks w/sweet potato puree, roasted broccoli, onion jus

Pasole roja w/ radish, cilantro, parsnip, microgreens

Braised short ribs w/ cabernet cremini reduction, celery root puree, haricot verts

Grilled hanger steak w/ red & green chimichurri, horseradish mash, sautéed veg

Vietnamese shaking beef w/ filet mignon, street rice, tomato, cucumber, pan sauce

Seared NY strip salad w/ arugula, artichoke, roasted red pepper, oven dried tomato, herb lemon vinaigrette
